As we train for our own needs, we place great emphasis on providing excellent training. Our team consists of both young and experienced older employees. Training with us does not follow the motto of "everything according to the training plan." You will immediately become part of the team and participate in maintenance/repair work on machines and equipment. You will learn how electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic components function and interact. Due to the large number of different products we manufacture and the various machines and equipment required in our operation, it never gets boring. Every day is a new challenge. Your task will be to analyze and troubleshoot errors independently later on.
If you have any questions or problems, there is always someone available to assist you, even outside of normal working hours. Further education is not a foreign concept for us but is highly valued. I myself began my training here at the company in 1985 and am proud to be part of this team.

If I had to undergo training as a tool mechanic again, I would choose TEMETIC. At TEMETIC, apprentices are integrated into daily work processes. This means you learn from the very beginning what a tool mechanic does in their daily work. With the diverse tasks, boredom is a foreign concept. You will experience continuous development of your skills, culminating in the independent execution of tool repairs and optimizations. Learn how to analytically identify tool malfunctions in the stamping process and rectify them with your own ideas.
No matter what, you are never alone and can always turn to your trainer, even after regular working hours. Learning becomes enjoyable, and you have a sense of security when facing any kind of problem. It's reassuring to know that the trainers always lend a listening ear.
